You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery for:
Important Note: All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Claims not matching eligibility criteria will be declined.
How to Start a Return
STEP 1: Notify us
Please contact us within 7 days via Email at customer-services@madu-miodu.com.my or WhatsApp with details:
- Order number
- Photos/video of your issue (e.g. cracked jar, wrong products)
- Brief description of the problem
STEP 2: Return Authorization
We will evaluate your case. If it is confirmed that the cause is on the courier company’s or our side, we’ll reply your email with a prepaid return label or return instructions. We reserve the right to reject any refund that is deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Important Note: Customers cover return costs unless the error was ours (e.g., wrong item sent).
STEP 3: Resolution
For the case of REFUND:
Once we receive and examine the returned item(s) for compliance with our returns policy, a refund will be issued via your original payment method (3-5 business days in most cases).
For the case of REPLACEMENT:
Once we receive and examine the returned item(s) for compliance with our returns policy, we will ship the replacement item(s) in 1~2 business day if stock is available.
Not Eligible for Returns
❌ Opened or partially used honey jars (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Damage caused by customer mishandling (e.g., improper storage)
❌ Final sale items (e.g., gift cards, promotional products)
We reserve the right to amend the above listing whenever the need occurs.

We reserve the right to amend this return policy if deemed necessary, in which no prior notification or approval from the customer is required.
