Delivery of Orders from the MADU MIODU are performed by courier company named eFMX to all 13 states in Malaysia. Most orders are shipped from MADU MIODU Warehouse within 3 working days after your order being placed. In extraordinary situations, this time may be extended. All orders are with tracking information. You will receive a Tracking information email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
It’s take around 3-7 working days in Peninsular Malaysia; 8-12 working days in East Malaysia. Delivery to outskirt towns in East Malaysia may go up to 24 working days. Transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping cost
We calculate carrier rate base on where you are and the number of honey jars you purchase, with no inflated margins. Simply enter your shipping address and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the rate for you.
PACKAGING
We do our best to reduce waste and minimize the plastic used. We try to ensure that the materials we use when packing parcels are environmentally friendly. However – to protect your shipment – we still have to additionally protect it by using, for example, air pack.
The safety of the honey sent is our priority. Out of respect for the work of the bees, we do not want honey to damage in transport, so we pack them in a super safe way. However, sometimes something still breaks. In this situation, please let us know by email at customer-services@madu-miodu.com.my with details and photos so that we can file a complaint with the courier company and resend unlucky jars or make an appropriate return if it is confirmed that the cause is on the courier company’s side.
