Where are your honeys from?

Our honeys is produced in the picturesque town of Stróże in southern Poland, located in the heart of the picturesque Beskid Sądecki Mountains. The beekeeping is more than just a profession and work, it is a genuine passion resulting from our supplier’s fascination with bees over 50 years since 1973, with apiaries conducted in accordance with ethical beekeeping practices.

What types of honey do you offer?

We offer a variety of premium Poland honey, including Heather Honey, Honeydew honey, European Acacia Honey, and Buckwheat Honey. Each type has unique flavors and health benefits.

Is your honey pure and natural?

Yes, all our honey is 100% pure, natural, and sourced directly from trusted beekeepers in Poland. It is free from additives, preservatives, and artificial flavors.

Is your honey organic?

Our honey is sourced from natural environments in Poland, but it is not certified organic. However, it is produced using traditional beekeeping methods.

How can I be sure that your honey is of good quality?

Our honey is 100% natural and comes from carefully selected apiaries. To ensure quality and safety, our Polish honey supplier regularly test their honey in accredited laboratories for purity and composition. They also follow strict quality control standards throughout the production process.

What are the health benefits of your honey?

Our honey is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It can help boost immunity, improve digestion, and provide natural energy.

Is your honey suitable for vegans?

While honey is a natural product made by bees, it is not considered vegan. However, it is a great natural alternative to refined sugar.

Is your honey raw and unprocessed?

Our Polish honey supplier never overheat the honey or expose it to high temperatures. They take great care to preserve its natural enzymes, flavor, and nutritional value. To maintain the highest quality and meet hygiene standards, they do gently filter the honey to remove bits of wax and other natural residues – but without affecting its integrity.

Liquid or crystallized – what honey is better?

Every real, raw honey will sooner or later crystallize. The fact that honey is “scholars” is natural and means that honey has not undergone excessive heat treatment. The honey in a crystallized form has the same properties as honey in the form of pathos (liquid).

This does not mean that liquid honey is not a real honey. More and more often we are faced with the statement that good honey is only the one crystallized. It is not true. Each honey crystallizes at its right pace. Some myodiums crystallize very slowly and this does not prove their falsification or low quality.

Thus, it depends only on your liking! 🙂

How should honey be stored?

Our honey is best kept tightly closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. There is no need to store them in the refrigerator.

With time, honey can crystallize. This is a natural process that does not affect its quality. If you prefer liquid honey, you can warm the jar of honey in a warm water to restore it to a liquid consistency, but make sure you don’t overheat the honey over 35°C.

Does honey expire?

Honey has an incredibly long shelf life if stored properly. It may crystallize over time, but this is a natural process. Simply warm it gently to return it to its liquid state.

What if I have allergies? Can I still eat your honey?

People with a pollen allergy should be careful when consuming raw honey. It is best to start with small amounts and observe the reaction of the body. Many people believe that natural honey relieves allergy symptoms, even though it contains trace amounts of pollen that can potentially sensitize. If you are allergic, it is best to consult your doctor before consuming honey.

Can people with diabetes consume honey?

Honey is a natural sweetener, but contains carbohydrates that can affect blood sugar levels. Some varieties of honey are characterized by a low glycemic index (including acacia and heather). People with diabetes should be careful and monitor blood sugar levels when consuming honey. It is advisable to consult a doctor to determine if and how honey can fit into the diet plan.

Do you support beekeeping or environmental initiatives?

Our honey is harvested in accordance with ethical and sustainable beekeeping practices by our Polish honey supplier. Our Polish honey supplier is committed to environmental conservation efforts. They do not filter and overheat the honey, so it retains its quality and unique taste profile. Thanks to the experience passed down from generation to generation, Poland beekeepers know well how to take care of honey in such a way that it retains its full properties for a long time. Our Polish honey supplier production process is laborious and long-lasting, but we all know that hard work pays off – after all, this is why our honey is so delicious and unique.

In addition, our Polish honey supplier organize conferences and training sessions for beekeepers and run a publishing house where they release books in collaboration with scientists from Poland and across Europe.
